Fresh Start just another ripoff Tampa Florida
After receiving a postcard in the mail and being under duress of my current mortgage co AMC. My husband and I decided to give the Fresh Start Program a try as our last resort to save our home from being forclosed upon. I followed all the directions the seemingly helpful people at Fresh Start gave me and giving them access to my bank account to withdraw the $1300 fee for helping us. YEAH RIGHT !!!!! They said don't talk to my current mortgage co. so i ignored the corresopondence from them. I contunued to call Fresh Start for updates being told that my case was assigned to someone else and the person who originally handled it was no longer there. While i was getting the run around from Fresh Start AMC was forclosing. The people at Fresh Start never did what they said they were going to. My home was sold right out from under me and I had 3 days to vacate. My daughter had just had her baby and we had no place to go. At the mercy of a stranger he let us move into a home he was selling. I pray Fresh Start doesn't get away with ripping people off for the money they work hard for. I never got my money or the promises they made.
