While considering an online purchase, I was notified of an un secure connection. Upon cancellation I was charged anyways. To add insult to injury I was over charged due to the exchange rate and the company hasn't provided my refund as promised over a month ago.

Footmbt.com has stopped returning my emails questioning information about my refund.

Visamasterpay.com continues to say that their bank takes a long time to make refunds and to wait 7 more days and then get back to them.

ECPSS says that the refund either was made or it failed and to continue waiting.

I've been patient long enough. It doesn't take three companies to make a refund for a purchase that was canceled and should never have been charged. I'm out $97.32 because I never received the refund as promised.
