my account  fell behind after i lost my income back in july. i missed a payment for august then nothing i couldnt access my account online to pay my bill or to get a hold of them on the phone its like they had no clue who i was. so fast forward to october i called and set up a plan to pay my bills once i started to receve some income and everything was set to pay 20 dollars a month so i finally got income and was able to pay my bill. so i made sure i mentioned that they were to enroll me in a pay off plan as promised and noted on my account but as usual the guy i talked to the 2nd time had no clue what i was talking about and then hes like "oh i see its noted on your account...ok lets do this " once i told him how much income i was recieving he got rude with me and tried to make me feel s***** for not being rich but i just ate it up cause i wanted to set this account straight since i though they were a legit company that gave a s**t.

so i set up a new payment plan to pay off my bill through them i paid 39 dollars because i was told this would bring my account up to date and i would go from there to make a 25 dollar monthly payment so....i  went online to pay my bill and noticed my bill was a 193 dollars more than it was when i calld last month and made a payment. so i called them and was told they closed my account back in august and i asked why i didnt recive any letter email nothing regarding this. and i asked why this wasnt mentioned to me when i paid my bill and then some last month and she said "well they prolly just assumed you knew "and then quickly got me off the phone. my question to them was and is they offer programs for people that loose their jobs and such but apparently not me and set-up payment plans for people with not the best income but not for me .

im sorry for my bad typing im just really annoyed with the way these companies work.
