This coach who of little league football out of west philadelphia, preys on single moms seeking housing for her snd her children, He offers his assistance and gives you a run down of how to buy a sheriff sale house requiring $3500, once you select a house from a list provided by him you will then need to pay for a $350 inspection, all the while there is NO house what so ever. He claims to work for Amtrak and has now been known to have scammed several moms on the football team. Justice will be served and taking leagal action is the best way to get this person off the streets and away from the very kids that trusted him.
