The EmbroidMe Irvine is a nightmare. On April 28th I took two soccer jerseys to get number and name on it one adult and one Infant. The person help on that day asked me what kind of letter, color and size that I would like to put on my jersey. So she showed me a couple model of letters and I chose the one I want to one my jerseys, and I told her I would like to put a standard 12' size for the number and 3' size for my name. So she told me that would take one week to get that done because they have to order the letters from the factory, I said ok! One week pass, two, three and nothing about my jersey get done! I went there to see what's going on the Owner LEE COTTONE, told me that the factory send the letter out and could be there any day now.. So I wait one more week and nothing, until yesterday 05/12/2010 someone from EMBROIDME IRVINE, called me and left me a msg saying that letters that I choose for my jersey were backorder, but they put the number already. So I went to the EMBROIDME IRVINE, to see what they have done, when I got there..OH MY GOSH I could not believe what they did with my Jerseys that I paid $ 70.00 each. They put the number with a different model of letter that I chose and 6" size of number for an infant jersey and an Adult jersey for the adult jersey was ridiculous and my jersey in the area that was put on the number were uneven, the number were not in the center I could not believe they did that. So I asked the owner LEE COTTONE to take the number off because I did not like that service they did....after I asked that He start been so rude and told me that he was done with me and told me to get out the of his store...I got so mad with that, that I had to call the police. the police came and I talk to them, but they said that they could not do anything for me, the options that I had was report them to BBB which I did already or leave my jerseys there for them to trying to take it out the numbers, but they would not be responsible if they DAMAGE MORE MY JERSEYS. I just want to make sure people know about this store and hopelly don't do business with them because the owner LEE COTTONE, have no respect for people whatsoever and definitely do not know anything about customer service. LIKE THE OTHER PERSON DID A REVIEW SAID....HE IS A CRIMINAL, HAS RECORDS, SO WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM A CRIMINAL......
