Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We where forced to file Bankruptcy and where making all scheduled payments to our creditors per agreement when commonwealth Bank was bought out by Citizens Bank and we quickly learned Citizens did not care AT ALL about the people that trust them to shepperd they'r hard earned money.

In fact dispite the fact that we where making all the payments to the bank on time every month Citizens took it upon themselves to automatically take the payments out of our account without prior notice and included a hefty penalty charge in addition to the payments they took (according to Bankruptcy laws this is a big no-no) Now because they also took out the additional "penalty" fees with no advance notice , they (Citizens Bank) Plunged us into negative ballance world and charged us exorbitent nsf fees on top of everything else.

Of course we contacted them immediatly to report the fact that fees where not to taken from the loan payments under fereral law.the representative agreed that the bank should not be taking the additional fees but told us there was nothing they could do to stop it from happening. We had to close the account to make them stop. Now citizens has moved to pull us out of our bankruptsy so they could forclose on our home. of course we have retained the services of a lawyer and will be handling this via the legal system...we promice to update and keep everyone posted on whats happening

I almost forgot to mention the fact that Citizens has stated that we owe them almost a years worth of back payments (even though we made the payments via bank checks with carbons of each payment), devalued our home by over $100,000.00, they also stated our home is unoccupied (and i'm typing this note from my family room in my supposed "unoccupied" home. All this information was filed with federal bankruptsy courts (I believe lying on federal court documents equates to purgery??? I really would love to know if there is actually a mortgage company out there that is honest in it's dealings, and it's customers?
