Complaint Review: CAPSLO - San Luis Obispo California

Basically, the food there is good, but the place is located on a Waste Pollution Facility, it shares the property with a refuge that reiks of pollution. The place has a problem smelling intensley like Pollution, because clouds of pollution are released that create smog, right from the very property on the next address over. 

The place has a problem with getting people to do nothing for the rest of their lives. It serves expensive breakfasts and does not satisfy hunger. 

The staff does nothing but yell at people and scold them for nothing, never holding just a freindly conversation. 

there is no ethics for working. there is no ethics to leave the place behind.

The staff there practices a form of mind control that people talk about openly in the streets.

People who drink or do drugs are turned away and given no opportunity to recuperate. 

The staff there is literally been accused of STEALING LITERALLY A THIRD OF 60 MILLION DOLLARS LAST YEAR. The place is a dump. Mold all over the bathrooms. People sitting around in the main room. People sneezing all over the breakfast spoons and silverware. 

You get in trouble for looking and staring. You are forced to have someone control you. If you fight, you will be given a large prison sentence with parole and turned to the streets. 

People are stolen from. People are turned against one another. People are supposed to eat mush and slop and live there for life. People sick or with money get to sleep in the street and spend their money, others with no problems, get to sign in and live there for free with a free bed for 17 Months. 

People get searched down, the sherrif is called, people are picked up for probation. Every day, when you check in, your name is sent to the sherrif so they can see if you were admitted to the prison or the mental institution since your last visit.

There are mice and rats running around the facility and in the street. Possum and Raccoon live in the backyard. guys that cant play the guitar howl all day long. People give drugs and meth and have OD in the restroom. The old girl that works there, only gives half a bowl of milk with the cereal, and leaves your mouth parched severely. 

People are forced to sleep in the rain.

Food Served on Waste Management Facility to Homeless Persons, not allowed to work or get out of rut, people are turned away from housing program unfairly, told not to look for work but are served food non stop leftover from coffee shops and starbucks. People are always complaining that they cant get out of the program and that they are either being swindled for their money to save for rent, or they are not allowed to rent and get rooms and referalls because the company wants to make the quota for how many people need their services.

The agency boasts of skimming money from the top, and keeps the homeless people out of work and seperate from the greater vision of acheiving self sustainablity by making sure they stay on a physical waste and water managment facilityw here the food is served and they kept far away from the rest of town, to discourage them from taking on repsonsibility and entering the working world.  There is no reason for an organization like CAPSLO to throw as many people into jail as they do, registering every participant every day with the county sherrif department and local mental institutions and not foster any kind of work ethics so people can build their own lives and save for their own futures. There is no room for people to grow while they sit there on the toxic waste farm hoping not to starve before lunch when all day long they are fed food from starbucks. They should be eating heavy grains and be given canned milk, not big boxes of cereal to their hearts content. The staff looks down at everyone and everyone agrees, that the purpose of half the staff there is to keep the numbers regulated and so that they can control the people that walk through their gates to look powerful, to feel power and to keep the  others under them in control, to control their minds, to control their bodies,a dn to control how people live.

the people there are responsible for much of the misery on the earth and probably will never admit to it.  They are too sensitive and too strict.
