My family was contacted by Buckmasters back in August requesting us to sign up for their magazine where part of the proceeds go to support the troops.  After we requested not to pay for the subscription and that we were not interested, the phone call was transferred to another Buckmasters employee.  The indiviudal quickly stated that they will be sending us a bill and hung up the phone.

With them having this "two party authorization" as they say meant that we are locked into owing the company $136.00.  Not only has Buckmasters been harassing us through phone calls, but they have been repeatedly sending us bills that we do not owe.  We have been told to write 'cancel' on the bill and send it back.  So we did, for each bill received. We were even told verbally that the account was closed.

After speaking with their 'customer service' last night they informed us that they did not approve of our cancellation and that we do owe the money.  They stated that they cannot prove their two party authorization but that it was just listed on our account.

Now we are being sent to collections over this. Their customer service agent just kept repeating they accept visa, mastercard or american express.  He told me that "this is as good as it gets tonight" when I requested to speak to a supervisor.
