Brian Schumacher Streamn TV KBox I returned 3 Kbox' to Brian Schumacher on September 27,2016 as he instructed me to do for my refund. The boxes never worked. I never heard from Brian again even though I insured the package and it was delivered to his home address. Winston-Salem North Carolina
On 10/25/15 I purchased 4 KBOX's ($1200.00) from Brain Schumacher of Streamn TV at a trade show in Florida. Brian came to my house to install them. I thought they would be easy for my disabled husband to use. The boxes NEVER worked. I called tech services and even they could not get the boxes to work. After months of getting the run around from Brian and his company, I returned 3 boxes ($900) via US Postal Service and insured the package as Brian instructed me to do. The package was delivered but no refund. After e-mailing, and calling all of the telephone numbers associated with Brian and his company, to date I have heard nothing from him or his company. Brian Schumacher ripped me off and I want money returned.
