Beaming White Won’t give refund! Vancouver WA
I purchased a light and teeth whitening gels from this company and realized I didn’t need the light because the light I already have wasn’t the problem only the gels I was using was the problem. I emailed Heidi to ask for a refund and her response was, "unfortunately, we can not give you a refund. You would have to purchase a new light that was better then ours, and that simply does not exist” I found that to be rude, conceited, and unprofessional.
Then I spoke with the manager/owner, Luis Lajous, and I told him I no longer needed the light because I have one and mine is not the problem and tells me, "well send back the other companies light cause ours is better.” Those statements are a matter of opinion and I should be able to receive a full refund. They refund for gels so why can’t I receive a refund for the light.
I told him I will take him to court and he said go ahead and do what you gotta do because I’m not giving you a refund. He was very rude and unprofessional. I am going to file a dispute with my bank and ship the light back because I do not need it. I will never order from them again.
