I have never encountered such horrible customer service before.  This company does not respond to any phone call about the status of an order.  Instead, you are sent to robot automated service call hell.  You cannot reach a live person.  Instead you will be put on hold and finally told they are too busy and will call you tomorrow. 

They gave the florist the incorrect address and did not bother to call me when their driver could not find the residence.  The 2:00 delivery did not arrive until 9 p.m. and then, only after I spent hours calling and trying to get thru to a human.  The automated call robot recognized my phone number and would not let me speak to a real person.  When I called from a different phone number, pretending to place a new order, I actually got thru to a human but she put me on hold when she found out I was checking on the status of the existing order and the robot took over. 

This is a terrible company that not only treats its customer with disrespect but treat the florist that actually prepares the arrangement badly also.
