Avas Flowers Flower Delivery Scam. Customer Service nonexistent. FRAUD! Gainesville Florida
I ordered flowers and chocolates for $89.99 from them. They failed to deliver the chocolates yet charged me for them. Then they failed to email receipt. I called them and got placed on hold for an hour. 2 days later someone calls me, I tell them, they give me a hard time for an order number they refused to provide. They find it, and verify my story. They apologize and say the chocolates will be there next day by 11. Never show up. Anytime I call them they refuse to pick up the phone. I call and hit option to buy flowers and guess who answers. They tell me I can speak to Miley, then put me on hold and leave there. I have filed a BBB report and VISA is looking into it now.
