Asset Tracker Fred Joseph Asset Tracker Search Pompano Beach , Florida
Our law firm hired Fred Joseph over a month ago to provide a simple bank account asset search. He demanded payment up front b/c we were a new account. He assured us the search would come back in a3businessdays. When we called for updates he said his research department was dealing with 15,000 clients (yes, 15k) and that they were behind. We called everyfive daysand Fred kept answering the phone (while eating food) and stated that he would close our search but refund us the money. He charged $300.00 and did not provide any information. During our last communication with Fred he stated that the federal banking system is under reform and that the issue was out of his hands.
We are filing criminal charges at both the state and federal level. Not only have we been defrauded and robbed of our money, but our clients have lost valuable time during the probate of their estate.

Fred Joseph from US Records Search/Asset Tracker DID NOT REFUND the firm's money for the records search.
He REFUSED to produce the requested reports and REFUSED to refund our money.
He said he was keeping the $295.00 although he did not provide the goods/services/.
He assured us the search would take 3-5 business days and it has been over a month and he refuses to refund our money.
