American Protectifve Services ripoff Albuquerque New Mexico
We hired American Protective Services back in June. We wanted an inspection on a new house being built. He came out and looked at the house and said that it was up to code and there were a few things needed to be done. He then said that we need to call him when the house was nearing completion for him to do his final inspection and give us a report. We called him and made an appointment for the final inspection. Prior to the days of the appointment my wife called to remind him which we have phone records to prove. He never returned or phone calls. We have tried to phone him and wrote several e mails to try and contact him. He wrote back one e mail stating that he would refund or money but that was the last we heard from him. And no refund.
