alcatraztickets.com City Info Experts Sold Unreserved tickets then a week later said they were sold out Georgia
Two months ago i booked a tour of alcatraz and san francisco with city info experts or ALCATRAZTICKETS.COM. This website is all a lie, a week after booking the tour I get a call at 1134pm saying that the alcatraz tickets were already sold out. Which I knew the sell out fast so I had done it well in advance. First off who calls at 1134pm mst to tell you that. So I immediately was pissed off and disappointed. They say no refunds which was my lack of reading the fine print but they also had guaranteed my tickets so I had emailed them telling them they had lied by guaranteeing my tickets to alcatraz when they had not so I wanted a full refund. No matter what way you try and contact them they never answer! DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL NEVER BE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE!
