ABS Computer Technologies warrantee rip-off
I bought a pretty top of the line computer in April of 2000 from this company and for one year have worked and worked and worked to get it repaired.
I bought and in home warrantee from them expressing to the salesman that in home service was one of the most important selling points for me.
Now they say they only send someone to the house if they have determined what is wrong and needs replacing. As a result I have worked over the phone for hours on end with their service dept, and sent it across country 4 times for repairs.
It always crashes a few days after its returned to me and we repeat the process.
They dont have a hard copy of my warrantee, so I cant see what my rights are. Good luck if you ever buy from them.
