Krane Septic Products Sun Septic Products doing business under new name West Palm Beach Florida
Krane septic products is doing business under Sun Septic Products. Over the past two months, I have been receiving telephone calls from 609-686-4523, Allentown NJ. Three or four per day, four or five days per week. Never left a message if I didn't pick up.
The phone number may be different, but it is the same town that Krane called from in the past. Today I answered the telephone and a woman asked for me by name. I asked who she was, and she told me that she was Sally from Sun Septic Products, formerly Krane Septic Products.
If this is a legit company, why does my caller ID show Allentown NJ, and not Sun Septic? Also, no such number is listed in Allentown NJ. Phone calls to the number result in a busy signal.
It seems that Krane has moved from Boca Raton Florida, changed its name to Sun and is now in West Palm Beach Florida.
I told the woman that I had filed a complaint with the BBB concerning Krane products over 5 years ago, and she had no business calling me. Obviously Krane kept their old client list. This is the first call that I have received from Krane/Sun in 5 years, perhaps a bit more.

I was contacted by Krane products the last time just 2 years ago, not 5 years as I incorrectly stated.
