Genuine Replacement PARTS Defective part sent Mary Esther Florida
I recieved a different part number ice maker. The part number is different than the invoice. The ice maker is defective and they refused to replace it. This company is a RIPOFF. Check out the reviews on . I wish I did before I made this purchase

Sears Parts Direct Sears Direct told me the item I needed was in stock, went through the motions of placing the order, took my payment, then a week olater put it on back order, kept the money and asked if I wanted to order it again.
A local apapliance repair shop was unable to secure the part needed for repair but checked Sears Direct for availability and was told it was in stock but I would have to order it. I called and placed the order.
