YABAASITU IS A SCAM.
Ariana at Yabaasitu was BANNED ON ETSY for not fulfilling orders and stealing from customers. The 3-4 week turnaround time on their listings was a joke, and many customers never received their wedding attire or a refund 2-3 months later. When I reached out to Yabaasitu about ship dates, Ariana would respond with lies and then stopped responding completely. Based on over 10 ONE STAR reviews in the last month, Yabaasitu has screwed MANY women that ordered gowns and skirts for their wedding day.
In response to criticism of terrible business practices and customer communication, Yabaasitu frequently blames Etsy and tells many stories about accidents, shipping delays in India, etc. But the fact is, they got too greedy and took more orders than they could fulfill. Instead of proactively communicating or sending refunds to customers, they kept the money and lied about shipping items. If you want to file endless claims and disputes, hope for a refund and never get a bridal skirt, order from Yabaasitu. Fraud.
