WESTON MACHINE & SPECIALTY PRECISION MACHINE WORKS RIPOFFS LIARS AND NON BILL PAYERS TWO RIVERS Wisconsin
I worked for WESTON MACHINE & SPECIALTY INC. for five years and was LUCKY AND SMART enough to quit before the bank foreclosed on the company.
MIKE and GAIL WESTON owe me 104 hours of vacation pay. I was told I would recieve two weeks after my last day of work. I have yet to see anything.
MIKE and GAIL WESTON also did not pay in all of the money that was intended to go into my 401K. That is roughly $330.00 that they helped themselves to at my expense.
MIKE and GAIL WESTON now send out a revised "SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTION" for the WESTON MACHINE & SPECIALTY,INC. 401K Retirement Savings Plan to all former employees asking them to sign,date and return the cover page to "PO Box 327 Francis Creek WI.
The best part about this is, is that the plan was revised 1/1/2002 and I recieved my copy 1/10/2003. No longer an employee,why would I need to sign and return this? Everyone that worked there should have gotten this at the beginning of 2002.HMMM think this could be another scam in the making for the former employees of WESTON MACHINE & SPECIALTY,INC.
Sounds like a new way to try to screw us out of our money that they already took from us, don't you think?
People like that don't deserve to be in business. They will most likely do it all over again to a different group of employees.
