Wellsfargo Home Mortgage Wellsfargo bank they said they couldnt except my payment because they said they went into foreclosue on 6/1 i sent my payment on the 30th of may Des Moines, Iowa
Like many of the reports i have read on here,We were 3 months behind on the Mortgage i was able to get the past due amount together and i sent it in with my regular monthly statement. I was told that i would have to reinstate my loan through the lawyers.this was the first few days that i was in foreclosure.i called the lawyer and told them that i had sent wellsfargo a check for the past due balance. they told me to keep checking with them so i kept calling and calling. i was told by different employees that they would probably sent my check back to me and i would be charged for fees and they would be around 400 dollars or more.the lawyer said that i was lucky that i got right on it because wellfargo hadnt filed the foreclosue papers yet! im still waiting on wellsfargo to find out how much extra i will have to pay!

I called wellsfargo lawyers today and said that i could wire the whole amount to reinstate my loan,acually they said i had to wire it in 24 hours or i would be charged more!! they charged me 592.00 dollars!! in lawyers fees plus i had to send in all of the 3 payments i was behind plus junes payment too and all the inspection fees plus all late charges!! the 592.00 was for 2 weeks and i tried to get this taken care of the 1st of june when i found out about being turned over to foreclosure!! well now im waiting on wellfargo to credit all of the funds to my account!they said they have received the payment from their lawyers but they have to and will reinstate the loan like it was. tha total i paid was 3,397.00. so im a bit nervous that they will not get this done! of course the guy on the phone said i could make another payment with him .Do they think that i would want to do that when the next month isnt even due yet??? and he said that i could get on a payment plan I said NO we are all caught up!! so now im waiting for them!!

I called Wellsfargo on 6/9 and i asked them how much the fees were going to be to reinstate my loan and was told 3,181.84 that is my last 3 payments plus their fees and lawyers fees. i was told that was an what they thought it would be. and 2 days ago i called their lawyers and said i need to reinstate my loan but i havent received any papers or the e-mail the lawyer said he would send me with what i needed to pay. i have been calling wellsfargo at least twice a day to see if they had received my check for the last 3 months but they say no they havent gotten it but it has been 10 days since i sent it so since they cant find my check iam going to go and stop payment on it cause i need that to pay my reinstatement fees.i have read too many stories on here about them putting your check in suspention i cant let that happen so since they cant find it i have the right to stop payment and when i pay the reinstatement fees i will have the money!
