WELLSFARGO BANK Byron Henson worked for wells fargo bank and opened up an account for me.In the end he scamed me out of thousand of dollars.He lied had the bank employees call and pretend to be me and lie.He took my oakland, California
When my husband went to prison I was left with a $38,000 check to deposit for him being his wife I had a paper putting me in control of his finances and so on.His work had compensated him for an injury for his hand & arm.I couldn't use my bank as his name wasn't on the checking account.So I went to Wells Fargo Bank and a banker named Byron Henson open a account with the check and didn't even put a hold on that,and at the time I thought wow what a nice person.He went to his supervisors and there wasn't a problem so I liked the bank right away.Now at the time I had some more money due to refinance my husband had done.So everything went into that bank.
Now a few weeks later he tells me I made a mistake and I had to deposit $1,600.00 in the bank so I did it over the Internet which was easier for me due to a infection in my leg.He knew I was in bad condition as I told him about my prosthetic leg being as it was.He played me little did I know.I was told to put $1,000 or it and then $600 of it next because the bank doesn't do bill pay only up to a $1,000 at a time.Well later on when I bounced I found out I put it in his account and when I tried to reach him 2 wks. after doing my account he was transferred to another branch.As my funds were going down fast I didn't realize what was happening being in so much pain as I was I was just paying the bills.But like I asked my son how could I spend $7,000 in a month and so on different amounts every month.In they end I was broke.I filed a complaint but due to the paperwork it looked different than what it looked like in the beginning.From this I put the complaint in.There were phonecalls saying it was me and I gave Byron Henson the money due to a transfer.I told the bank and also the complaint fraud people it has a lie.I'm glad for this site as I have already put in what happened to my house with this site maybe alot of people can fix what money buys,to make it not fixable.He also tried to help me get a refinance,and it was unless as I told him it would be,and didn't want the refinance but if I was able to get away from Washington Mutual it would be worth it.Now as I bounced and all within a few months I couldn't believe it and started a complaint with the bank full worse because I knew something was wrong.But before I could do anything I had lost my home almost a year ago now and the complaint never went through.The same thing happened with my house just as I was filling,this complaint.
Now it is to late but not to complain here and I am thankful because of people like Byron Henson and Wells Fargo the the other bank Washington Mutual, these people need to be brought out in the open.When someone is in pain and is not looking no one has the right to take what is theirs.I know I'm one of those.It has been almost a year of homelessness and losing my son almost due to ammonia and my dog Dolly,dying in my arms, due to someone taking my house and not letting me get my belonging and a fall because someone kept my prosthetic leg,wheelchair,crutches,but to almost lose my son then Dolly dieing in my arms and almost losing my leg due to the fall these people don't deserve their name to be kept out so their lives are not threatened.I don't care whose name I say and it has happened I'm sure to people worse off than me,I'm just one of the millions.Why they take over life savings,or houses and sell them for a small about we are out the starting over if we can.I can't as now I will end up in a wheelchair,from not having the right leg on, as that was the reason I had my leg amputated just not to sit 3 more yrs.Now I might be their for the rest of my life and I have no handicapped things they were all ripped out of the walls of my home.I now sit in a small apt.I can hardly move in.This story needed to be told also so this doesn't happen to others.It's not right and it's not fair. Who was the check issued to? how is it possible to open up a checking account with wells fargo if the check isnt issued to you? theres alot of fishy things in your story that is hard for me to believe.
