WellsFargo Bank debockled mess being charged fees they wont explane now trying to foreclose desmoines, Iowa
Approximatly 26 months ago Fema took over our flood insurance allstate drug their feet sendiing the check to fema fema contacted the lender and they forced placed insurance on our property,charging our escrow which had no money in it.This then increased our payment. i went to a local branch where i got the loan i spoke with the loan officer who told me to make my paymentof what i normaly make until it was resolved.Approximately a 77.00 difference Charges keep growing further behind.told to get loan modification. 2years later still trying.finally on last leg of modificationspoke with loan specialist onmarch 30 said no forclosure activity everything looked good recieved letter april 1 it had been turned over to a lawyer for foreclosure. I contacted lawyer of my own said to pay cost more to fight. Tryed to pay what the say i owe now they wont take the money fees attached everyday how can this be allowed.something needs done
