WebSiteQ Complete Fraud. Makes promises to get your money and does not deliver. Hackensack New Jersey
I can't even explain the feeling of Deja Vu after reading the two previous complaints about WebsiteQ. They pulled all the same exact tactics with me as these other.
More than 3 months have gone by and I still do not have a website that I paid these charlatans over $1100 for. Derek, the slick (slimeball) sales rep made all kinds of promises ensuring that they could perform the work asked for and at the fixed price agreed to. We provided all the content to them in a very timely manner. Paul, this so called clueless project manager, is a slimey useless wet fish with no clue as to what the designers are doing. Or at least he pretends well. I had the same experiences trying to reach Paul, Derek and Diana (I think that was one of the designer's).. Out sick.. lots of excuses. No action.. I had to send them content over and over and they still were too stupid to get it right. Could not even cut and paste descriptions for my products to the sight. They lied about the ecommerce portion for weeks and weeks leading me on that it would be done.. all for the price we agreed from day one. Finally this week when I called, I got the big cheese, the head honch, The Richard Cranium of the company, one Bob Dolan.
Bob flat out told me that any promises made by Derek were out the window and that for what I wanted it was going to cost about $2000.00 more. When I asked for a refund and explained that this was costing me a lot of down time and money, his smart a*s repsonse was "in your mind".. This guy is a rude clown. He made it very clear that I would get nothing. He immediately pulled down my work they had done off their sample server where the work was being created. The work was useless at best.. No order options for products were done as promised rendering the site completely unuseable. I am now forced to start over with a new company.
Bottom line. Stay away from these scum sucking pieces of garbage. There is a reason there are 3 credible complaints in a short period of time. Just think of the potential customers that got ripped off and have not reported these crooks.
