Walkfit big ripoff this has to be illegal Hollywood California
I just hope this gets just 1 person to not buy this product.This was my first time ordering off the TV. Not only did it suck but to return is a horrible experience they charge you way to much to ship and it is a non-refundable charge (go figure). I sent back and waited and waited and all the while I was getting calls from telemarketer who said I won all these "free" trials. The next month my husbands card got charged all these bad unlawful charges fro magazine, girls gone wild, vitamins so I had to deal with this mess. I was able to fix that on my own. but 2 weeks later I try calling the customer service yet again(usually I would hang up after an hour) but finally after waiting 1 hour 40 min I finally talked to some rude guy with a thick accent sayin we never recieve. But I was like "my reciept from the post office said you did and someone signed for it why won' you check my tracking #?" To which he replied No I know we no get if we dont get we do not give refund. When I ask to speak to supervisor he hung up. So finally after about a month I contacted the state attorney and filed a report and a local investigative reporter. I actually was able to obtain the president of the company direct office line and when I called and spoke to her she actually returned my money plus shipping!! So in the end I put myself on the DO NOT CALL list. My husband got a new checking acct, I will never order off the TV again not worth the headache when now you can get at a dept store for $20.
