When I visited this firm I thought something was wrong. Jim Caldwell is a scammer who has been doing this for many years in the career field. Before I started searching for a job in Tampa, I had been burned by a career firm out of Arizona and Texas by the name of Phillips Carlyle. Sure enough it was his company along with an advisor named Terry Nash. If you have any doubts about what a con job this is just look up Phillips Carlyle on this site.

Terry Nash now works out of a Dallas office, but is still apparently running the same scam. He called me in Florida, requesting a time to talk about a CFO position that he thought I would be a great fit for.
Befor the interview began, I asked some specific questions about the job, and it became clear that there was NO such job. He was trying to sell me a "marketing service" to help me find one. When I told him that I thought what he was doing was less than honest, he immediately hung up the phone - what a professional!
The company he is currently scamming people with is named HPB.
