My main problem is this,I purchased a family plan for two phones. Once service was established somehow, someway, someone setup a different account for my second phone, I then started recieving two seperate bills for the phones which should have only been one bill. I then started recieving between three and four seperate invoices for the phones with different amounts.

I have made payments to the account and a payment for 42.46 is not showing as being recieved so I had to contact my bank for a check copy and fax to the billing department. I now have a disputed amount of 89.64 for which I was told I would be a credited from one account to the other,and resolved on the first phone call. I have now called four times to get the problem corrected taken down names of customer service reps,spent one to two hours explaining my problem each different time and now I recieve a letter stating my service will be disconnected if I dont pay the disputed amount. Is there anyone in the billing department that is even looking at this problem? I really need to know,as soon as possible.
