Spice Grill Flame - Kewal Ahuja SGF fraud restaurant chain Jahangirpuri, Delhi
Guys I want you all to be safe from a fraud restaurant chain SGF Spice Grill flame. North & west Delhi people must have heard about it.
They are running a fraud franchise business. They take 15 lakhs from people in name of franchise fees & construction costs by fooling investors and showing them fake sales figures of their outlets. They even claim of having 60+ outlets. Reality is only 28 outlets.
Proper costing is not shown to the investor & once outlet starts there is zero support from their end but you have to keep buying from their base kitchen at exorbitant rates. Total nil support.
Their GST no is canceled but they collect Gst from franchise on base kitchen bills amounting to a big fraud. Even a location and shop is selected by them only but they don't take responsibility for failure. They also have no necessary licenses required to run food business . Their policy is to resale the franchise in 8-10 lakh when one fails to sustain and give him the half amount and take rest and again resale.
Only outlets owned by owner himself or his friends, Ashok Vihar, Nsp, Prashant vihar Hudson lane, karol bagh operate with full franchise support rest all left to fail and resale.
I have long details with proof of everything but the franchise owner is BJP yuva morcha treasurer of Delhi and I need to confront him through proper legal channels which I am initiating. So I request you all to spread the word and no delhite falls in his trap.
