VitalChek Network They are idiots wrapped in a moron! They stole my money and returned nothing. Brentwood Tennessee
In January 3, 2009, I paid them 60 dollars to get a copy of my grandfathers death certificate. I emailed them on Jan 12 for an update then on January 21 and I was notified that my request was being worked on. Then on Feb 16 I contacted them for another update and got no response by email. Then on March 2 I called the company and was told that I did not give them another information to do the search properly but if I would pay them another 30 dollars they would search 2 years before the date I gave and two years after the date. I told them I already paid you 60 and you gave me nothing and you want me to pay you another 30 for nothing. They must have think that I am an idiot. They never contacted me and never even sent me a notice letting me know they were not successful with the search and yet they had the nerve to ask me for more money. They are idiots and thieves. They take your money and promise you nothing. I have written two letters of complaint to the company in Brentwood Tn and received no response.
