We signed up with Vibe Global August 29th,2016 for a Antminer device for the bitcoin. We have tryied several times since the first couple of months to get the machine working properly, then after that we have never heard from them again. We have tryied calling ALL of their phones, with no responce. They do not show or even have an email address anywhere that we have looked, including the BBB. My sistem was setup via Cristeen (@ Vibe Global) and it only opperated for a short time and then we called them back to get it working again. After that time the device was working fine, yet it stopped again and was overheating, so we tried to call back again, always a busy signal ! We wish to send the device back and get a TOTAL REFUND for our troubles, or try for a class action suit.
