I received n immediate response letter that looks like my states official paperwork. It claims that I must pay for customer service and upon first glance it looks like they know about my current transmission issues. Something about the way it is written had both my hackels up about demanding payment ro repairs that have not been done, so I googled it. It showed up as a scam. I refuse to be bullied by the 800 number people like others have reported. I may try anyway on Monday & add to this report if I get the same results as others.
I scaned the letter to add to this, but so far have not found where to put it. Will add asap.
