The U.S. Department of Treasury applied all or part of a payment to a rip off educational debt. They state it is authorized by federal law. It is taken from the Social security Administration each month.
The Agengy says do not contact social security. I need them to stop taking my money, I was paying a Student Loan to HESSA , I have know year dates are was never given papers before this Federal Off set.
