USBI, TRALEE TELEPHONE, Billing Concepts Inc., & attempted ripoff San Antonio Texas
TRALEE PHONE CO., through USBI (a subsidiary of Billing Concepts Inc.), attempted to bill us without approval or authorization for services we never asked for or received. I have read a lot about this on Rip-off Report and other sites, and someone at the FCC seems to be in cahoots with these defrauders, because they keep denying legitimate complaints against the company.
The M.O. seems to be if the customer complains vociferously enough, they remove the charges but keep doing it to everyone else (no attempt to fix the problem, just oiling the squeaky wheels). This is not good enough; I will file complaints with the FCC and BBB, as I already have with Qwest. I suggest anyone who is experiencing this complain loudly and often until the corruption stops and the authorities act to stop these freeloaders from raiding our wallets and potentially damaging our credit any further. Billing companies like USBI must be held to account for validating this fraudulent behavior. Their negligence is obvious to anyone who cares to look -- they are allowing fake companies to rip us all off.
