Dealer laughs when rips me off and then a year later has a paid employee respond. So if you want a rustbucket or a car filled with bondo, call Ken he will set with up. Oh by the way if you have any problems give him a year to respond.

I am not going to continue to argue the situation. If you or anyone would like further details about this situation please feel free to give us a call anytime. 507-386-1726 We will be more than willing to explain this in full detail. With any car that we have we are more than willing to allow inspections by a third party, personally see the car, and provide more pictures if there are concerns. You can also check our "A" Rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Employee is like dealer, waits a year hoping the problem has gone away. Rustbucket Impala sold long time ago after no offer made by dealer. Sold for less than 1/2 of what I paid and even included new panels for rust repairs. I sent pictures of trunk patches the day the car arrived, your boss said too bad live with it. He also said he knew about cracked windshield and quarters, hood and trunk lid all bondo. Your boss wouldn't even spent $11.00 on a headlight switch so dash lights would work. My only hope is I have saved a few people the money but not buying anything from this dishonest dealer!

I find it really hard to believe that there are this many issues with this Impala. I have worked for Unique Specialty and Classics for 2 years now and if there is an issue with a vehicle we correct the situation right away. We have even paid for shipping and traded back cars if there is problems that can't be resolved. I would like for this person to provide pictures of the car and the issues because that was never presented to us. I remember this car very well and it was a nice car for the price. An award winning perfect car would have been $10-15000 more than what he paid. This is a blatent example of defamation of a business and would like to see this post removed from this website.
