I just purchased a 1964 Impala SS from Unique Specialty and Classic Cars, salesman Ken Snow. Being a northern car and looking at pictures I asked about trunk and quarter panels being patched or filled with bondo. The seller said no patches or bondo, great solid car and I should take his word on that. We had being working on this deal for several weeks and he said he even double checked trunk and quarter panels.Well the entire trunk pan is patched and more bondo than metal. Also quarters and filled with bondo, trunk lid rotted [ all bubbled can see from 10 feet away when trunk open] also hood all bondo repaired. It even has a cracked windshield so not legal to drive. This $22,900.00 needs $7000.00 in body work alone. Another classic car dealer selling scrap metal at a premium price! He even took off 1 hubcap to keep before he shipped car for some reason. Don't buy a classic car on Ebay use a local dealer instead. I'm 60 years old and trusting and Ken Snow took advantage of that.

Dealer laughs when rips me off and then a year later has a paid employee respond. So if you want a rustbucket or a car filled with bondo, call Ken he will set with up. Oh by the way if you have any problems give him a year to respond.

I am not going to continue to argue the situation.  If you or anyone would like further details about this situation please feel free to give us a call anytime. 507-386-1726 We will be more than willing to explain this in full detail.  With any car that we have we are more than willing to allow inspections by a third party, personally see the car, and provide more pictures if there are concerns. Employee is like dealer, waits a year hoping the problem has gone away. Rustbucket Impala sold long time ago after no offer made by dealer. Sold for less than 1/2 of what I paid and even included new panels for rust repairs. I sent pictures of trunk patches the day the car arrived, your boss said too bad live with it. He also said he knew about cracked windshield and quarters, hood and trunk lid all bondo. Your boss wouldn't even spent $11.00 on a headlight switch so dash lights would work. My only hope is I have saved a few people the money but not buying anything from this dishonest dealer!

I find it really hard to believe that there are this many issues with this Impala.  I have worked for Unique Specialty and Classics for 2 years now and if there is an issue with a vehicle we correct the situation right away.  We have even paid for shipping and traded back cars if there is problems that can't be resolved.  I would like for this person to provide pictures of the car and the issues because that was never presented to us.  I remember this car very well and it was a nice car for the price.  An award winning perfect car would have been $10-15000 more than what he paid.  This is a blatent example of defamation of a business and would like to see this post removed from this website.
