Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was glad to find your site. I could not find anything with the Better Business Bureau. I went to the seminar for National Grants and refused their offer. But when the subject came up for web hosting I was interested. They promised to help us "Build a website". What they really wanted to do was keep on selling us the crap they have. I too rec'd the phone call to help build the site, and the only thing that guy was interested in doing was getting me to get a credit card, as I don't have one. I was supposed to call back when I got that set up and then he would help me set up the site.

I did the seminar on Apr.7 and pd. $129.95. I then had an automatic withdrawal from my account on June 3 for $59.90. I tried to call the customer support number and hung up after being on hold for 5 minutes. That was on Mon. June 7. I then sent an email complaining about the hold time and the p$%^ pour "service" and that I was not at all happy and was going to report them to the BBB.

I rec'd an email back a couple of hours later from an Edward Mendez asking about what name I used for the contract as I used my nickname when I sent the email. He said that 5 min. is not a long time to wait. To quote him, "I will be more than happy to help you out here no need to take it to the next level without a response from our end. If it was a mistake I will handle it."

He handled it all right. I had $29.95 taken out of my account on the 13th. Now that's 3 mos. of hosting fees taken out in 10 days time. And I dug out my contract and you had the choice of having your fees taken out on the 1st or the 15th.

I went to the bank about this, and they said I have to bring in written proof that the company agreed to stop taking the money out before they can stop paying them. Of course this makes me mad and I've tried to reach them by phone (held for 10 minutes this time) and 2 more emails with no response.

When I read that Jason from FL got free from them via an earlier report thru your site, I have some hope that I will also. His was thru Irvine Webworks. I just hope the Delray branch of this crap is as concientious.
