U-HAUL / HELL SELLS DECEPTIVE AND FRAUDULENT & DECEPTIVE INSURANCE .. ripping off their own insurance companies
We were moving and need to rent a U-Haul. After paying for the U-Haul we went out side with the U-Haul employee to inspect the vehicle.
As we were inspecting the vehicle we notice numerous scrapes and dents to the truck. I stated to the employee, "how come you are not marking down the damage to the truck on the contract?" .. The U-Hell employee stated, "Oh, that's OK, you have complete insurance on the truck, it will make no difference to you because, we will just claim it again on the insurance so we can collect on it, (laughingly).. "
