Tusk Distributing Derek Johnson Bryan Christopher Moon Daniella Plummer COMPLETE SCAM!!! Tusk Distributiing Derek Johnson Daniella Plummer Michael Kling hired my disabled son to sell Kirby vacuum cleaners. Didnt pay his wages and stole his guitar. My son answered a misleading Craigslist ad for a "carpet cleaner". The interviewer went on to tell him the job was actually a "product representitive" demonstrating Kirby vacuum cleaners. He was promised $1800 a month if he did 60 demos a month, which the company would provide contacts of people expecting demos. And was promised big bonuses for selling each vacuum cleaner. He was also made to sign an independent contractor contract. My son received $200 in cash, mainly for gas, in 30 days of working 12 hour days 6 days a week. The company did not provide 60 contacts! Oakland California
I want to warn all parents and potential employees. They will not provide you with the leads. They will not pay you what they say they will pay you. My son worked hard and was left with nothing to show for it. My son is disabled and all he wants to do is be able to work and show that he can do all the things we take for granted. It breaks my heart to see his good heart broken. I hope this does not happen to anyone else's children.

Kirby’s website says: Kirby Distributors/Salespeople observe the highest standards of character, honesty and integrity. They abide by the Direct Selling Association’s Code of Ethics.
I went to the Direct Selling Association’s website & Kirby is a member. You can file a complaint against Tusk Distributing because Kirby is a member. http://dsa.org/ethics/complaint/
