Tralee Telephone - USBI fraudulent and unauthorized charges Nationwide
SBC is billing my phone bill for $15.59 for charges from Tralee Telephone Company through USBI. I have never heard of this company much less authorized charges. My SBC account is pass coded to prevent changes to it however, I am told I cannot block charges coming from a third party! SBC has marked my account in dispute but they will not refund the charges, USBI has to issue the credit.
This is ridiculous!! How can we protect ourselves? USBI is only open Mon - Fri during normal working hours. It is almost impossible to call from the pay phones at work. Is their hours planned to prevent victims from waging their objections and complaints?
