Needed express service for DD214 copy. Paid $99/tx$107.25. Promised e-mail copy for certified bank use in 72 hours. Promised hard copy to follow USPS in 7-14 days.

No e-mail received ever. No hard copy received after 30/60 or even 90 days later. E-mails are not responded to from the Confirmation e-mail they send you. Tried the "contact us" from The web page, and there is no "send" button.

I disputed my CCcharge with WellsFargo bank and my CC was credited. WellsFargo has this company marked as fraulent in their Database. WF supervisor of online charges also said that They have filed a formal complaint with the FTC.

Save your money, time & headaches! FRAUD site! Don't do it! OMG, think twice. Plus... there is no such suite number at the address posted on their website. (we hired PI to verify)

Touchstone has helped more than 30,000 veterans retrieve his or her documents to date.  We are largest and most expedient handler of military records in the country, with researchers on site at all the major records facilities.  We retrieve more than 90% of all requests within 2-4 business days, on average. Occasionally, we do have a request where the government facility (or the military branch) has lost or misplaced a record within their own archives.  These requests take substantially more of our time and effort for our researchers to track down (if the record even exists).  If you can provide me with your order number, I can verify that you were actual client (and note merely a bogus review by a competitor).

In addition, EVERY new client receives e-mails automatically.  You cannot place an order without receiving e-mails through our system.  The e-mail also highlights the need and guides the client to the request form that we must use to submit to the facility, on your behalf, to obtain your records.  It is possible that mistyped your e-mail address (if you ordered online) or your e-mail has some sort of filter set-up where the e-mails do not hit your inbox.  If you would have called, an associate could have easily helped you with any of these issues.  We have had no other complaints from *never* receiving an e-mail.

TRG operates as a network of researchers across the country.  The Ste. # listed is for all mailing correspondence.  Any snail-mail going to TRG directly first goes to a central hub, and then is distributed to the researcher directly responsible for that particular veteran's case. The majority of our research contractors are military members that live on base, or spouses of military members that have daily access to the government facilities.  The internet has enabled this network to achieve great success, without any wasted effort.  We stand by our guarantees and our stellar record of privacy and expediency.

please! any current or former service member, from army to coast gaurd, never pay any company for your own personal military or service records. they are yours and can be requested for free. there are pleanty of resources to request your records without the added hassle of being frauded. national personnel records center has a web site where you can request documents. you can contact the HQ of your service branch and do a privacy act request of your records or the va. never pay this company or any other for something that belongs to you! this company is exploiting american service members! all you are doing is paying them to request your documents via privacy act request. the added payment for expedited service is after they submit the request and wait the 30 day service time for nprc to retrieve the documents and forward them to you. so, you're actually waiting 30 days plus what ever time frame they say you will have them in. any company that would exploit americas military does not deserve to be in business.
