This is notify every consumer that any Identity Theft Product backed by AIG of New York, NY, is bogus and will not pay in an ID theft situation.
Tom Stivali at [email protected] is the product manager for ID theft products sold by AIG to various outlets under various names, such as Protectmyid offered by Target Stores and under many other names. You can search the ID theft product you are deciding to purchase with "AIG" in the search terms to insure that AIG does not back the product.
AIG is so poorly rated on so many consumer sites, this consumer can state their product is worthless. After experiencing ID theft, and being hopeful having the product from AIG, I am so disappointed with AIG and especially both TOM STIVALI, the product manager and Teresa Robbins, the claims analyst. Both ignore emails and wish to bring the issue to the public.
I recommend you never purchase any product from AIG, who was bailed out by Consumers. It is a crumbling enterprise.
