RE: Thompson Inc. I contacted The BBB of Texas and filed a letter to the Texas Attny General I suggest everyone to do the same, with enough Complaints this problen should decreased. Thompson promised to expedite my refund (we will see) Jayson Calif.

After returning my bad unit to thomson, it took them 3 months to send another one that also didn't work. I contacted thomson, inc. 2 & 3 times a month for 8 months to no avail. After contacting the BBB in Indiana and getting no where I finally contacted the Indiana Attorney Generals office. I received a check immedietly. I for one will never buy anything that has to do with RCA or Thomson, inc. ever again.
