THOMAS PRONESTI WORTHLESS INVESTMENTS AVENTURA, Florida
this man operates out of Aventura, Florida, while working for Cardinal Capital, company that belonged to Hershel f. Smith, convinced my to invest my life savings ($150,000.00) in another company of the aforementioned Hershel Smith, CCNET, what I didnt' know is that meither of them had a NASD license, because they were revoked or not renewed.
Hershel Smith is a director with a companynamed ADURO ASSET CO. at the presen time, this complaint is not agains Aduro in any form.
As per informtions I have received these men are still selling stocks of variopus companies like U-Karma, Lawamerica, Homevestors.
I have contacted a few other people that had done bussiness with Pronesti and their investments have not yielded a penny either.
I would not trust these men with my lunch.

I would appreciate any information that you may be able to provide on these guys, in particular Hershel Smith. I have just recently have been scammed by Hershel Smith selling stock that doesn't exist, when he in fact is banned from selling any securities. He has taken a large sum of money and I have nothing to show for it other than a fraudulent share purchase agreement! Upon further research, I have found he has had a reputation for doing this to other people. I would appreciate any information that you can share on this Fraud!

Baseless? during all these years, I've manage to get in touch with a lot of people that have dealt with Mr. Pronesti and Hershell F. Smith and have obtained lots of information on their individual cases which I can make available to anybody upon request with their authorization, if you want to deal with them, that's fine, it's your money, but you better do a research on these name before you commit.

This complaint has no merit. All the information is erroneous! He does not state one thing that is true. A merger between Cardinal Capital and Sky Capital was reported in the Miami Herald. The other companies are all operating companies.

This complaint is completely erroneous. We had licenses at the time of the investment and a merger deal with Sky Capital which was the reason for the investment was reported in the Miami Herald.This was not a Rip Off.
All the companies mentions U karma and Homevestors and LawAmeridca are operating companies at this time.
The entire complaint is baseless.Feel free to contact me if you want the real truth in this matter.
