The Works Athletic Club The Works Somersworth The Works Gym SCAM!!! Fraud and Misrepresentation. They will Lock you in a contract and steal your money. Somersworth New Hampshire
This company is extremely unethical and has committed fraud and misrepresentation. I cancelled my membership and they are charging me 3 months of dues. When I signed up they rushed me through the contract and were very misleading by telling me I could cancel at anytime. They raised the my dues in February and I called to cancel. Now in October I received a collections letter for over $500. I called the business to find a resolution and spoke with both Tanya and Doug. They were both extremely rude and disrespectful. They told me I was an idiot for not reading the Fine Print in the contract. I repeatedly explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to help me. Again they told me I should of read the contract. I stated that I would be posting on the BBB and other sites if they were not willing to help me. Doug laughed at me and told me "GOOD LUCK"
