The Learning Annex Holdings false advertising New York New York
The costly Toronto Learning-Annex event was advertised as a learning experience. After attending the two-day event I can safely say that the educational aspect of the overall experience was about 10% or less. Within that 10% you'll pick up some new terminology, awareness to new resources such as grants and some humour. All of the seminars offered were nothing more than well packaged infomercials.
This particular instance of false advertising is especially disturbing since one is paying a hefty sum of money to see 90 minute advertising. But I presume that is their loophole. If you're trying to master the art of putting together an infomercial or become an expert in shameless self-promotion then by all means these guys are pros. However, if you are truly seeking the answer to wealth-building and real-estate management then you are wasting your time.
If you can get the tickets under $30 then you may consider attending for the sake of humour and speakers like Branson, otherwise get a good book and you'll end up about a hundred and ten times wiser.

We are sorry to hear that this student was not satisfied with his experience at The Real Estate & Wealth Expo, but we respectfully disagree with this student's assessment of the educational value of the program. The Real Estate & Wealth Expo is a terrific learning opportunity. The program consists of seventy plus seminars in virtually every area of wealth building. Each seminar is an excellent and accessible training course taught by an expert in the field. Thousands of our students have thoroughly enjoyed the educational opportunities provided by the Real Estate & Wealth Expo. Nevertheless, we understand that this student was not satisfied. We stand behind our product and will refund the cost of this student's Expo tickets. We urge the student to contact us at [email protected] so that we can resolve this matter. We have been in business for over twenty years teaching our students how to better themselves and we want only satisfied learners.
