This organization which is led by Anthony Williams was introduced to me by a friend in San Diego and their representative in California, Billie Powers (Rene) explained how they do everything according to constitution to protect homeowners from losing their property to foreclosure.
They took $4000 from me plus all the cost of filing and recording papers in recorder office.
After about two month studying their process and consulting with several attorneys, I found this is suspicious and asked them for money back when the head of this organization Anthony Williams sent me a threatening email which it is attached. Further I found this is a network in several states standing off against US judicial system and intentionally misinterpreting state and federal laws to mislead the public, encouraging people not to pay mortgage because banks are doing fraud and loans are voided, to spread public distrust and disappointment from the system.
This has been reported to FBI in San Diego already with no response, I have all the contacts and records and emails and waiting for any government agency to get back to me for information.
