duplicate billing - monthly
joined in 1999 paid annual membership $89.00 billed in may 2000 paid annual fee $89.00, every month since have had demand for
payment, thought maybe I screwed-up so in January 2001 authorized payment via credit card.
Still received billing in Feb, March, And now in April. Sent fax March 15 2001 with all document showing payments, and request review and answer, only answer is Aprils billing.
Called their 800 number and requested 12 times to speak to a supervisor and was denied.
These people just went to collect your money and provide no service.
Warn everybody they are only in it to ripoff your money.
