The 90 Day Return Policy is their standard return policy.
Yet if you bought this on Christmas Eve as of when you posted this you are only at 88/89 days(depending on when they start counting). So if you are not leaving anything out there should be no reason why they won't return the item.
What does your receipt show as the return by date?
