Complaint Review: T-MOBILE USA A DELEWARE CORORATION - Santa Ana California

 i filed on 10-15-2012 a "unlimited amount" law suit in the Fresno County Superior Court against T-Mobile for Identity Theft of which I was a "loyality Customer" since 2004. On 04-22-2012 my account with T-Mobile was hacked into. From 04-22-2012

I was receiving overage charges on my cell phone. Dropped calls and Data Services blacking out.  It was not until early July 2012 did I find out that T-Mobile had allowed a hacker to port out my two accounts to Verision Wireless.  In the meantime, as of 06-29-2012 T-Mobile suspended my account because I refused to pay for those ridiculous over billing fees.  When T-Mobile allowed my cell phone two line of good credit get hacked right from under me I was to say pissed> When I called T-Mobile I got the run around. The tail did know where the head and the head did not know where the tail was. T-Mobile fraud division offerred no conclusive resolution nor did T-Mobile Fraud Divison offer me any solution. However, T-Mobile did turn my account into their Collections.  Every effort I tried to make to get T-Mobile to sent me copied of my detail call log, text messages, Data usage so that I could see who was using my accouts, T-Mobile failed me again.  As a result of T-Mobile not being "Custome Satisfaction Orientated" I got nowhere. The T-Mobile fraud division is a real joke. T-Mobile said to contact my local police department. When I contacted my local Police Department the police department said cll T-Mobile. We that went well.  During the time from 04-22-2012 up to 01-08-2013 I was without no type of phone because T-Mobile had turned my account over to collections.

From 04-22-2012 I became a "Victim of Identity Theft".  My T-Mobile on line account access had been fraudently ported out to Version. All of my contacts, my personal information T-Mobile sent to Version.  This became my greatest night mare.  My apartment was vandalised, burglarized, property damage to both my personal property and that of the owner.  On 04-23-2012 Fresno Police Department responded to my 911 call to obtain a report of Identity Theft. Well, I got the shock of my life. Fresno Police Department Officers felt that I was on an imaginery merry go round.  Fresno Police Department Officers did believe that such a thing as "identity theft" was even possible.  After the officers left my apartment I could only call out to 911. The hacker knew that and the hacked continued to dial 911. Finally, FPD sent the two office back to my apartment. But this time the FPD Officers busted open my door. I was sitting on the cuch. I snapped a photo of the FPD. The officer tried to grab my phone out of my hand after he had broke into my apt reached for the phone and our fingers touched. You got it, the officer told me I was under arrest for hitting a FPD. The FPD officer used excessive reatraint to hand cuff me. Left me on my living room floor while the officers illegally searched my apt. FPD officers found my med in a nght stand drawe. One of which was Norco 10/325mg Atavin. The FPD officer called American Ambilance to I thought to the hospial for observation. Nope, these officers alled the EMT to take me to the Psychiatic unit at Fresno Community Hospital.  Once I got their I was placed in the ER and had not been admitted. I had to use the bathroom number 1 & 2. I asked FCH security guard if I could go to the bathroom. I got out of my bed because I could not hole you the s....  The FCH Security guard told me no and to get  back in my bed (now remember I was not a psychiatic patient FPD pulled this number to cover up the fact that they had illegally broke into my apartment, illegally searched and seizure property and medications as well as three T-Mobile cell phones with all of my contact information).

On 04-24-2012 less then 6 hours from getting asssaulted, batteres, falsely arrrested and handcuffed by FPD 04-23-2012 who had me taken to FCH. The Security Guard jumped out of his chair. Charged at me. grabbed my left hand and twisted it up my back. He too used acressive force I hit the cement floor. While I was hancuffed with the left hand. I had fallen and my riight hand was underneath my body. As the Security Officer went to grab my right hand, he fundled with my right breast and moved his hand towards my vagina. Where he used his hands to feel and touch. I was hospitalized from 04-223-2012 to 04-26-2012.

In the meantime, my personal property was locked up the the FCh safe But upon return of my property. my three T-Mobile cell phones sd cards, sim cards, batteries and the back off and damage was stoled.

The complaint I hade is that the Attorneys who are listed above represented T-Mobile and I was Plaint (in pro per). I could not find any attorney willing to take on a case of identity Theft just because there are no laws to cover this action. Taking that in mind Victor Rassume as the attorney for T-Mobile fiiled a Motion Demurrer asking the Fresnoo Superior Court to force me to produce evidence that T-Mobile records had and these records were internal. instead of the Attorney reading my complaint and asking his defendants to provide him with my account, Victor Rassume the easy way out. Victor Rasume did not provide Judge Ikeda not one piece of evidence but my case was dismissed on the fact that I did not have an attorney in a Civil Law Suit. All of my Gmail accounts, Facebook accounts started being hacked into. I went Global and Internationally.

Victor Russame is responsible for all of the T-Mobile evidence I needed from t-Mobile being tampered wit and destroyed. I began to be harrassed,  monitored on all my phone calls. Followed around keeping tract on me with GPS. I was unable to function I was being detoued, interrupted. My apt was being watched. All of my facebook walls, gmail accountss began to be hacked removing cruciel evidence I had obtained to present as my evidence. I started getting calls from all kinds of credit card companies and customers who said my number was being used as a fake business.  Victor Rassume name appeared on m contacts list and so did 2700 other credit card frauders. Everything I typed or created on any public library was hacked. Evidence destroyed. Gmail lost, The photos I took of my injuries all disappeared off facebook and off my T-Mobile account. Victor I m sure without a doubt used "misconduct, bribery and in the destroying of any evidence I had againt T-Mobile.

Victor did not follow the order of the judicial system. instead he took advantage of the fact that I did not have no attorney so he without no doubt used the clerks, judges and his connections to multiplicate the reassigning of my case to the judges he had influence over. Judge Ikeda and everyone involved in the T-Mobile Identity Theft was all men of white, asian or mexican. This ws a conspiracy to detroy all my evidence. It is no way all the gmails, facebook walls my T-Mobile contacts disappeared. Victor Rassum and Wayne W. Watten used "misconduct" and the "judicial system" in fvors, bribery and help from the Superior Court in filing errounous papers. Not one time did Judge Ikeda give my the opportunity to tell that Victor Rassume pulled all kinds of illegal ethich and the judicial system to his advantage.  I was hurt, sexual harrassed, arrested, battered, falsely arrested, placed in the hospotal. My apt was severly vandalised and burglarized. Victor did not follow all of the procedures of the superior instead he used influence to over power my and he orcharated so that he would win.

I am asking Ripoff to help me to fight back. No one should be denied the right to not let a civil law suit go to trial and the victim was injured all just because I represented myself and could not find any attorney.  T-Mobile hs allowed my life to be a living hell. My Identity, reputation, was damaged. Yet Victor took advantage of the judicial system and made sur that all cased were heard by the Judges ictor knew would fall to his favor.  Please help me to fix a wrong and make it right. Victor needs to be exposed and no one should have to ever go through all of what I have been through and not get the puntative damages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, emotiola stress just because Victor choose to use the scams connnections to get my case dismissed. I never really got notified of any of Victors motions to suspend and dismiss the case. Never the less, Judge Ikeda overlooked information in my case file that should have found that Victor Rassume used the judicial syste, retialated against me and did not follow the procedures of the Superior Court and I am left without nothing.

Please have any media contact me. I want T-Mobile and Victor Rassume and Wayne W. Watten they cannot use the superior court that dismissed my case on the grounds of a Demurrer and all the evidence I provided in my complaint was tampered by the Clerks of the Superior Court.
