We just reviewed the message posted on December 15, 2001 and would like to provide the following information. According to Brendas e-mail, she did not receive her leather jacket. We always ship customers orders very promptly. If Brenda did not receive her shipments, we have sent it to the wrong address or it may have got lost in transit.
