Supra Telecom ripoff victimized many consumers tricked and lied to us Miami Florida
Supra Telecom will cost you more than it'll ever save you .....
It's been over a month now since I've moved into my new apartment. Two weeks prior to my move (Sept. 22 2002) I called Supra Telecom to have my old telephone number disconnected. It is now October 27 and they're still telling me "they'll have it disconnected by the end of the week.
In the mean time anyone who moves into my old apartment will have free telephone service. If I had not been watching the news this morning I wouldn't have known that Supra doesn't even have the authority to disconnect my service. Thanks to their million dollar deliquency status with Bell South they don't have access to the data base.
Somebody please explain to me why I've been required to pay Supra on time, while they've managed to build up an 8 million dollar deliquency status with Bell South.
I'm not sure who to be angrier with.
My advice to anyone who is about to change your service to Supra Telcom is "DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID". YOU'RE BOUND TO REGRET IT IN THE LONG RUN.
The little money I initially saved is not worth the headaches I'm currently receiving disputing the bills that continue to build while they play tag in court.
